Introducing a Rewards loyalty program through a series of gamification programs aimed at enhancing customer interaction and satisfaction. This innovative approach was achieved through continuous engagement via online and onsite experiences, creating a more immersive environment that encourages participation.

The program incorporates WeChat web games, facilitating easy access for users while also providing a fun and dynamic platform for interaction.

From idea to mini-games

Additionally, on-site gaming kiosks were installed in strategic locations to ensure that customers can engage seamlessly during their visits. By blending technology with traditional loyalty methods, the program not only rewards customers for their loyalty but also transforms their experience into an enjoyable and entertaining journey, ultimately fostering a stronger relationship between the brand and its audience.
